Couldn’t resist this short animated comedy. Could you imagine if this happened in your city? I mean, mine could probably do with something. Milly Cohan explores compassion and spirituality through animation, asking what would happen if we all just stopped for a moment and considered, well, everything. The film debuted at Film Fort in Boise, Idaho, and has been screened at PictoPlasma, the Flat Pack Festival, and Flickers Rhode Island International Film Festival.

Starring Dylan Redford, Lena Redford, Harrison Fishman, Alejandro Martinez, Negashi Armada, Ivy Wolk, Roger Hayn, Samuel Fishman, Lily Napach, and Milly Cohen.

A regular guy desperately wants a Coca-Cola. But he spills his drink all over the floor after mindlessly crashing into a blind person. To settle down, he takes a breath of mindfulness, which unintentionally causes a cyclist pile-up and an unprecedented traffic blockade.

A Breath of Mindfulness Review Conclusion
Lurved it!: Very nicely done, loved the characters and the way the tones of voice changed from carnage to calm. The concept of more and more people being pulled into the breath of mindfulness as if a gentle energy bubble was slowly expanding to encompass more and more people in its field. And that, as a result, they all came together to accomplish a goal, which allowed them to see the extent of the reach of the breath of mindfulness they’d started. Let’s take a moment and take a breath of mindfulness ourselves, and see what connections we might make.
