Wednesday -Don’t Worry, I Won’t Leave A Mark | KT Review

How has it taken me this long to review this? I watched Wednesday as soon as it came out. There are loads of stats about how well it’s performed, outperforming other shows with ease, and a whole host of other reviews -but who cares about them, really? After all, it’s about what you like and what you want to watch and if other people have an opinion it’s nothing to do with you, right?

I’ve heard so many comments, rumours, and hopes about the second season. Wednesday has out performed the Crown on UK Netflix, becomes the third most popular English Language TV series of all time for the streaming service, and had a record breaking debut week. Do we know if there will be a season two? It’s looking good, with stats like that and the potential storylines and additional Addams family characters that could be brought in, but no one knows for certain yet.

**Warning: there may be spoilers ahead**

Wednesday Review Conclusion

Hell, yes: And the sooner the better. This series had everything I wanted from it, bringing familiar characters back to life, giving new characters a place in the Addams family world, and drama. Red herrings, twists and turns, adults interfering with perfectly ordinary teenage behaviour. Loved the settings and the outfits, the story was great entertainment, and I would willingly and eagerly watch another season. Or Christmas special, I wouldn’t be objectional to a surprise Christmas special (Pleeeeeeeeease, Santa Netflix!).
