From a dark fantasy graphic novel series by Joe Hill and Gabriel Rodriguez, Locke & Key is now on Netflix. The trailers have been amazing, the initial reviews from the premier have been exciting, the wait has been awful.

Three siblings and their mother move to a New England ancestral mansion after the murder of their father. They soon begin to find keys to strange doors that transform all who walk through them. But they’re not the only ones in residence and the evil creature that shares the house wants the keys for themself.

Locke & Key Review Conclusion
I would definitely watch more of this! – The whispering is brilliant, and the slow way the whole family is brought in. New pieces of the puzzle revealed to each in tantalizing ways. Not to mention the fact that the creature is just as intent on finding the keys as Bode, played by Jackson Robert Scott who you might recognize from IT, and despite his older siblings, Tyler & Kinsey, telling him repeatedly not to look for or use the keys Bode is finding them with greater and greater ease. The hard part is figuring out what they do. Damn, I’m giving too much away! You really should give this a watch. The locals know more than they’re letting on, and there are histories to be revealed but who is telling the truth? And who is keeping things hidden?

Grab yourself an ice-cream and settle in, this one is bingable in the best way.

And the town where she had spent her summers without them ever suspecting anything.
But then they meet the hunter, the werewolves catch their scent, and Sarah reveals a secret that could end her friendship with Alice and spell disaster for all of them.
