Final Girl – She didn’t start it, but she’ll finish it
When she was young, after her parents died, she was taught to be a lethal weapon by her trainer William. And now, approached by a group of boys who’s favourite sport is hunting and killing blonde women she uses her skills to turn the tables on them. And they become the hunted.
Starring Abigail Breslin (Scream Queens, Signs), Wes Bentley (American Horror Story, Mission: Impossible – Fallout), Logan Huffman (V, Temple), Cameron Bright (X-Men: The Last Stand, Motive), Alexander Ludwig (Vikings, The Hunger Games), and Reece Thompson (The Perks of Being a Wallflower, The Assassination).
Final Girl Review Conclusion
I might watch it again – I’d have to question the skill set of our Final Girl, I didn’t believe she was highly trained – more like moderately. And as for the boys, well, there’s the quiet one, the crazy over the top one, the suave one, and the other one. The movie is bizarrely artistic and for the life of me I couldn’t figure out the motive but once you get over the long pauses and the peculiar delivery it begins to deliver. Let’s just say it’s wasn’t bad but I didn’t bother pausing it when I went to the loo.

When Alice invited her friends, Sarah, Paul, and Dave to stay in her Grandmother’s Romanian farmstead they were expecting to take a break from studying and have a good time. Of course, that wasn’t the only reason Alice was there but her friends didn’t need to be involved in that. And she could happily show them where her family was from. And the town where she had spent her summers without them ever suspecting anything.
But then they meet the hunter, the werewolves catch their scent, and Sarah reveals a secret that could end her friendship with Alice and spell disaster for all of them.
