Twitter seems to be going mad for Cam, everyone (okay, maybe not everyone) is recommending it, on my stream. So, I figured I’d take a look. I went in expecting horror. I came out ready for a mug of hot milky coffee and my bed.
Cam on Netflix
When you make money online as a camera girl you gotta pull out all the stops to get your viewers to tip you. How far will she go? And what will she do when she discovers her camera has been hijacked by someone who looks exactly like her?

Cam Review Conclusion
I might watch it again – I honestly was expecting more of a horror vibe in this. I’m not denying it’s a very scary prospect that someone could take your entire identity and way of making money from you like that but, honestly, it could have been better. It was shot well, the story was there, but I just didn’t feel it. And the whole gets revenge by beating her at her own game thing took too long to happen. There are some cool effects and gore moments and it’s worth a watch, just don’t expect to have sexy nightmares about it.
3.5 Stars
Not one to watch with your kids in the room – seriously, even when they’re teenagers. And not your parents either.
